Rate or Slate: BAFTA time

Greetings, my dears: After sorting out a few technical issues, I'm back. Let's see how some big-screen stars sorted out weather problems (read: the Sunday downpour) as they tried looking their best on the Royal Opera House red carpet.

Ay caramba. Kate Winslet says she's getting more comfortable with her curves as she ages, and this second-skin Zac Posen looks pretty comfy itself. Just right or too tight?

Do you agree she looks smashing in Oscar de la Renta?

Oh, and Dev Patel is in Aquascutum, as if you were looking at him.

Penelope Cruz. Azzedine Alaia. Perfect match. Yes?

Kristin Scott Thomas mixes goth with a jewel tone in her strapless YSL gown. It's sweet and unexpected, but maybe the wrap could go.

It seems she also takes no risk with a silly thing like rain. Thoughts on the full-length black trench?

  1. Thandie works although I'm not sure why
