In other words they have been 'fashion packed' - like vacuum packed! All the life, fun and nicety is sucked out to ensure long lasting preservation within the realms of fashion.
Symptoms of this normally mean that they have a tendency to bitch, screw over friends, be fake and wear anything and everything on trend (normally all at the same time).
It also means a loss of personal style, replaced by styles of celebrities such as Agyness Deyn and co.
